In week ending Feb. 7, local indicators for influenza remained high, while indicators for COVID-19 remained minimal. Indicators for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) remained elevated in Kitsap County and in other Puget Sound jurisdictions.

In week ending Jan. 17, local indicators for influenza remained high, while indicators for COVID-19 were low. Emergency department (ED) visits attributable to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) remained high, but were beginning to decrease, both in Kitsap County and in other Puget Sound jurisdictions.

Regional laboratory surveillance most frequently detected influenza A and RSV among clinical respiratory specimens, followed by rhinovirus.
