Our friendly public health professionals can refer you to resources and services for:

  • Pregnancy care

  • Mental health support

  • Lactation (breastfeeding and chestfeeding)

  • Early learning

  • Parenting

  • Home visiting programs

  • Support groups

  • Developmental concerns

Being a parent is a big job! Nobody can do it alone. Fortunately, there are many community resources available to support new and expecting parents. 

We can provide recommendations for you and your family and help connect you to local services.

  • You can request a callback for yourself or a loved one or refer a client or a patient.

  • Calls are free and confidential.

  • Language interpretation is available.
