Environmental Health Payments
Welcome to our new payment page. Kitsap Public Health District has transitioned to a new Environmental Health Payment Portal in 2026. Our old payment system (E-Pay) is not longer used for Environmental Health Fee Payments.
NEW: Environmental Health Payment Portal
For camp, food, Group B, pool, and solid & hazardous waste fees.
Use this option if you are paying:

Food Establishment permit

Food or pool reinspection fee

Group B Water System annual Operating Permit

Pool permit

Solid & Hazardous Waster permits or related fees

Contractor Certification (coming 2027)
Important:

You must create an account to access your permits and pay fees

Multiple users (owners, bookkeepers, etc.) can have their own individual accounts
