Environmental Health Payments

Welcome to our new payment page. Kitsap Public Health District is transitioning to a new Environmental Health Payment Portal in 2026. Our old payment system (E-Pay) will be used to process older payments and certain types of fees until the transition is complete.

NEW: Environmental Health Payment Portal

For food, pool and camp fees issued beginning May 1, 2026.

Use this option if you are paying:

  • Food Establishment permit

  • Pool permit

  • Camp permit

  • Food or pool reinspection fee

issued May 1, 2026 or after.

Important:

  • You must create an account to access your permits and pay fees

  • Multiple users (owners, bookkeepers, etc.) can have their own individual accounts

  • This will be the primary system going forward for these programs

E-Pay

For solid and hazardous waste fees and fees issued before May 1, 2026.

Use this option if you are paying:

  • Any Solid & Hazardous Waste fee

OR

  • Any food, pool or camp fee invoiced before May, 1 2026

Important:

  • Old invoices (issued before May 1, 2026) will not transfer to the new payment portal

  • You must pay these invoices through E-Pay or by check

  • You will need your invoice or customer number to access your account
