Environmental Health Payments

Welcome to our new payment page. Kitsap Public Health District is transitioning to a new Environmental Health Payment Portal in 2026. Our old payment system (E-Pay) will be used to process older payments and certain types of fees until the transition is complete. 

NEW: Environmental Health Payment Portal

For food, pool and camp fees issued beginning May 1, 2026.

Use this option if you are paying:​

  • Food Establishment permit

  • Pool permit

  • Camp permit

  • Food or pool reinspection fee

issued May 1, 2026 or after.

Important:

  • You must create an account to access your permits and pay fees

  • Multiple users (owners, bookkeepers, etc.) can have their own individual accounts

  • This will be the primary system going forward for these programs

E-Pay

For solid and hazardous waste fees and fees issued before May 1, 2026.

Use this option if you are paying:​

  • Any Solid & Hazardous Waste fee

OR

  • Any food, pool or camp fee invoiced before May, 1 2026

Important:

  • Old invoices (issued before May 1, 2026) will not transfer to the new payment portal

  • You must pay these invoices through E-Pay or by check

  • You will need your invoice or customer number to access your account

Need to Activate Your Account?

To pay an invoice you received in the mail, you can activate your account by calling 360-728-2235 or send us an email.

 

You will need to provide your customer number, found on your invoice or statement. Each permit has a separate customer number. You will need to set up an account and login for each.
