Answer four questions to help improve food safety.

New food safety inspection signs

Kitsap Public Health District has distributed new food safety inspection signs to all permanent food establishments (including restaurants, food trucks, and delis) in Kitsap County. The signs display the food inspection score for each establishment in easy-to-read text and graphics. Food establishments are required to post these signs in places where customers can easily see them.

Please complete our short survey to help us know how visible the new signs are and whether they influence your decision about where to get food.

About food safety inspections

Our team inspects more than 1,300 food establishments in Kitsap, including restaurants, food trucks, and delis. Inspectors check to make sure food establishments are storing, handling, and serving food safely. Food safety inspections help prevent people from getting sick from food.
